Meet Our Team
Michael D. Meadows started his family-operated business in 1978 contracting with a local property management companies for all maintenance and repair services for various residential and commercial properties. He then started to grow his business to include new road and residential construction.
Today, our projects have included a multi-million-dollar historical renovation project in Lexington, converting a 26,000 square foot factory into residential townhomes. Our projects have also included numerous Municipal, State, Federal, and Hud Housing Renovations, and Historical Renovations.
While delegating many responsibilities including estimating and supervision, Mike has maintained his ‘hands-on’ approach to all his projects and stays actively involved with the owners, architects, and engineers of each project.
