Michael Meadows: Present Owner and Manager of Meadows Construction Co.
Michael D. Meadows started his family-operated business in 1978, contracting with a local property management company for all maintenance and repair services for various residential and commercial properties. He then started to grow his business to include new road and residential construction.
Today, our projects have included a multi-million-dollar historical renovation project in Lexington, converting a 26,000 square foot factory into residential townhomes. Our projects have also included numerous municipal, state, federal, and HUD housing renovations and historical renovations.
While delegating many responsibilities, including estimating and supervision, Mike has maintained his ‘hands-on’ approach to all his projects and stays actively involved with the owners, architects, and engineers of each project.

Jared Meadows, Project Manager
Jared began his career with Meadows Construction 25 years ago, cleaning up construction job sites and operating excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment. He worked his way up to estimating and project management. Jared holds an MA unrestricted construction supervisor license, an MA home improvement contractor license and a sheet metal license. His attention to detail and follow-up on punch list items has earned him a fine reputation with our customers.
Mike Ward, Estimator
Mike began his career 17 years ago with Meadows Construction as a carpenter, completing many public and private projects, including roofing, siding, window replacement, kitchen and bath remodels and framing. Today, he is one of our main estimators, purchasers, and project managers. His attention to detail on his estimates has resulted in a high percentage of contracts and smoothly running projects with our customers. Mike is a CertainTeed Certified Vinyl, Insulated, and Polymer siding installer.
